Apartments, condos and short-term rentals
A turnover is a deadline, not a chore. Between one guest leaving and the next arriving, the whole place has to reset — and it has to look the same every single time.
Who it is for
Short-term rental hosts, apartment residents, condo owners, and property managers running more than one unit.

What a turnover covers
- Kitchen reset: dishes, counters, appliance fronts, sink, coffee area restocked
- Bathrooms reset: fixtures, glass, mirrors, toilet, fresh towels set out
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linens
- Trash and recycling out, bins relined
- All glass, mirrors and touch points
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Amenities and supplies checked against your list
- A short report: anything damaged, missing, or left behind
Worth knowing
- If you already have a turnover checklist, we work from yours instead of ours.
- Same-day turnarounds depend on the window between check-out and check-in — tell us the times when you ask for a quote.
- For multiple units, it is usually simpler and cheaper to set a standing schedule than to book each turn.
- Can you handle linens?
- We strip and remake beds with linens you keep on site. If you want laundry done as part of the turn, say so in your quote request — it changes how long the visit takes.
- What if a guest leaves damage?
- We photograph it and tell you before your next guest arrives, so you have time to act.

A quote costs nothing and takes about two minutes. If you would rather talk it through, call or send a WhatsApp message — we answer in English or Spanish.
