Worth knowing
- Tell us the fabric. Some upholstery cannot be wet-cleaned at all, and we would rather know before we arrive than after.
- Set-in stains and pet damage that has reached the pad may not come out completely. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
- Leases often require professional carpet cleaning at move-out. Book it with the move-out clean and it is one visit.
- How long until I can walk on it?
- A few hours for light traffic, and a full day before you put heavy furniture back. Airflow helps — we will tell you what to open.
- Will old stains come out?
- Some will, some will lighten, and some are permanent — especially where a spill reached the backing. We will look at it and give you an honest answer rather than a promise.
