Clean Queen and King is run by Mayela Longoria. It cleans houses, apartments, rental property and businesses across the metroplex, in English and in Spanish.
Most cleaning gets sold as an adjective. Sparkling. Spotless. Immaculate. None of those words tell you whether anyone is going to wipe the top of your door frames.
So we publish the list instead. Before you book anything, you can read the room-by-room scope of a standard clean and check it against your own kitchen. If something on it does not apply to your place, we take it off and tell you. If you need something that is not on it, ask — most of the time the answer is yes.
The work covers both sides of the business: homes and rentals on one hand, offices and finished construction on the other. It is the same standard either way. A move-out that has to pass an inspection and an office that has to be ready before eight in the morning are the same kind of promise.
And it is done in two languages. That is not a line on a website — it is how the business has always worked. Ask in Spanish and you are answered in Spanish, from the first phone call to the front door.
What that looks like in practice
We ask instead of guessing
Pets, alarm codes, parking, the shelf you would rather nobody touched. Tell us and it is handled. It is a shorter conversation than the one after something goes wrong.
We say what will not work
Some hard-water etching is permanent. Some stains have reached the pad. Some windows are not safely reachable. You will hear that before we start, not in an apology afterwards.
We turn up when we said
Turnovers, move-outs and offices all run on somebody else's deadline. Being on time is most of the service.
