Move-in and move-out cleaning
An empty place gets cleaned differently. Nothing is in the way, so everything gets opened — every cabinet, every drawer, every closet, every track.
Who it is for
Renters protecting a deposit, landlords and property managers turning a vacant unit, realtors preparing a listing, and families moving into a home somebody else lived in.

What a move-out clean covers
- Inside every cabinet, drawer, closet and pantry
- Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave
- All appliance exteriors, including the sides and the top
- Bathrooms taken back to bare: tub, tile, glass, toilet, fixtures, exhaust vents
- Blinds, window sills and tracks, interior glass
- Baseboards, door frames, doors, switch plates, light fixtures
- Closet shelving and rods, laundry area, garage sweep on request
- All floors, corners and edges included
Worth knowing
- Deposit inspections are checklists. Send us yours and we will work from it.
- Book after the movers, not before — anything still in the unit is something we cannot clean under.
- Carpet cleaning is often required by a lease and is quoted separately. Ask and we will price both together.
- Will this get my deposit back?
- We clean to the standard a leasing inspection uses, and we will work from your property's checklist if you send it. What we cannot do is repair damage — holes, burns, broken fixtures — that is a different conversation with your landlord.
- Can you do a whole building's turns?
- Yes. Tell us how many units and the turnaround you need and we will quote it as a schedule rather than one job at a time.
