Post-construction cleaning
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it is everywhere, and it keeps settling for days. Cleaning after a build takes more than one pass, and knowing that is most of the job.
Who it is for
Builders, renovators, general contractors, realtors and homeowners at the end of a project.

What a post-construction clean covers
- Fine dust removed from every surface, including ceilings, vents and light fixtures
- Stickers, labels and adhesive removed from windows, glass and appliances
- Paint spots, caulk residue and drywall dust addressed
- Inside cabinets, drawers, closets and pantry
- Window tracks, sills and frames
- Fixtures, hardware and switch plates cleaned and polished
- Floors cleaned in multiple passes as dust keeps settling
- Small debris removed and bagged
Worth knowing
- Most projects need a rough clean once the trades are out and a final clean before handover. Tell us where the job is and we will plan the passes.
- We are not a debris haul-away service. We bag and remove what a cleaning crew can carry; skips and large material are the contractor's.
- Book the final clean after the last trade has left, not between them, or you pay to clean the same dust twice.
- How soon after the work can you come?
- As soon as the trades are finished and the site is safe to walk. If work is still happening, we would rather do a rough clean now and a final clean later than clean the same room twice for nothing.
- Do you handle renovations as well as new builds?
- Yes — a kitchen or bathroom remodel puts the same dust through the whole house, and usually needs the rooms around the work cleaned too.
